Join CONNECT’s Radical Wellness Program’s Healing and Justice initative for a public lecture on Seeking Internal Justice on Embodied Healing and Cultural Transformation with guest speaker Nkem Ndefo is the founder of TRE Los Angeles, LLC, which provides community-­based stress management and trauma recovery services and programming to social service, healthcare, and educational organizations.

We will discuss:

  • Why justice and healing go hand-in-hand
  • A powerful healing tool that addresses the root of our health conditions and community challenges
  • How to deal with the stress of daily life in the midst of racism, gender violence and economic distress
